Best Tiramisu in Mumbai: All'Amaretto at Vincenzo Capuano

Tiramisu is the most imitated Italian dessert in Mumbai. Most versions arrive in a glass with generic mascarpone and instant espresso, with little of the depth a proper Tiramisu should have. Our All'Amaretto version takes the classic seriously: Mascarpone Lombardo sourced from Lombardy, savoiardi biscuits soaked in espresso and amaretto liqueur, crushed pistachio for texture, and physalis for contrast.

It is one of the most ordered desserts at our Lower Parel restaurant. The amaretto adds a nutty warmth to the coffee soak that no vanilla extract can replicate — a small detail that changes everything.
